It was a big day for the Premier Men's Volleyball team, who won two games in one day, defeating Mazenod 3 - 0 and polishing off Eastside Hawks 3 - 1 just a couple of hours later. They now hold 2nd spot on the ladder. The Premier Women's team also had a win, defeating Yarra Ranges 3 - 0, also holding 2nd place on the table.

The VFL Women's side won their 2nd game of the year, coming back from 20 points down at quarter time to defeat Carlton by a goal. Final scores at IKON Park were 7.6 - 48 to 6.6 - 42. Aisling Tupper was named best on ground for MUWFC, while Asha Price scored 2 goals in her 100th game. The VAFA Premier Women's team also earned a hard-fought win, defeating Caufield Grammarians 4.3-27 to 5.5-35 to move to second on the ladder, equal on points with first-placed Marcellin OC. Congratulations to Marinella Salafia who played her 150th game.

The Men's State League Soccer teams enjoyed 4 wins from 4 on Saturday, with Luis Gonzalez bagging a hat-trick for State 4 Seniors side who defeated Marcellin OC 4 - 0. There was also a hat-trick for Eduardo Daga De Sousa for the State 5 Reserves team, who thumped Meadow Park Eagles 5 - 0.

The Logies were held on the Gold Coast, but they were overshadowed by the Gold Coast Marathon where two Athletics Club members made headlines. Madeline Hills won the 10km race, finishing in 32:35 which is just 18 seconds shy of the race record. Congratulations also to Nick Earl, who broke the MUAC record for a half-marathon, running it in 64:31.

In Lacrosse, the Division 1 Men earned their 3rd victory of the season, thrashing Caufield 19 - 3.

The Rugby Club's Dewar Shield side won a must-win game against Footscray RC, prevailing 45 - 19 to stay in touch with the top 4 with 4 rounds to play before finals.
