What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is an approach to gain assistance in order to have an overall health improvement. Personal Trainers work with clients to develop an exercise/activity program based on a client's fitness goals. People of all ages, body types and levels of fitness can benefit from the services of a Personal Trainer.

Our goal is to educate our clients on how to exercise safely. Our Personal Trainers will provide education, guidance, instruction and motivation to clients who want to achieve their personal fitness goals. Our Personal Trainers will closely supervise your progress and will help provide you with resources so that you become confident and comfortable in any fitness/weight room environment.

Exercise Physiology

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) is a post-graduate qualified health professional. AEPs are the most qualified health professionals to prescribe exercise for people with chronic disease and injuries. AEPs also prescribe high-level exercise programs for healthy individuals depending on their specific needs and goals. AEPs work in both a studio and gym setting and their goal is to optimise movement, function and quality of life.

Exercise Physiology can assist with:

  • Chronic disease prevention & management (e.g. diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, high cholesterol)
  • Returning to full function and beyond after musculoskeletal injuries (e.g. back/knee/shoulder pain, neck tension)
  • Corrective exercise and postural correction
  • Strength, conditioning, fat loss, body recomposition
  • Pre & post-operative rehab and reconditioning
