Sporting Opportunities for Kids

Our partners and University sports clubs run great programs for your children to maintain their activity during the school term! If your child has loved one of the sports at the Holiday Program, here are some opportunities for them to explore those sports further:

  • Melbourne Uni Touch Football Club's Junior State Cup teams! On the 11th of February, Touch Football Victoria will hold Men's and Women's competitions for U10s to U18s. Check out the flier and get in contact with MUTF for more!
  • Brunswick Hockey Club is running its Hookin2Hockey program in Term 1! An introduction to all the basics of hockey in easy, 45-minute sessions weekly, with all the gear provided! Check out the details or go to the Brunswick Hockey Club website to register- first session free!
Our Staff

Our staff have extensive experience in teaching primary aged children, childcare and coaching a variety of sports. All staff have Working With Children Checks and relevant First Aid qualifications.

Many are also specialists in a specific sport and bring a wealth of experience to our program- check out the highlights above to see some exciting features of our upcoming program.

Drop Off and Pick Up

We offer drop off from 8.30am, enabling children plenty of time to get to know their coaches before jumping into their first fun session.

With breaks for morning tea and lunch, the day's activities will wrap up around 3:30pm. Children may be collected at this point or, if a later time is better, they may join us for After Care - please see below for more information.

After Care

Once the day's sporting activities are over, children are welcome to stay on for After Care in our function spaces.

Complete with engaging board games, a movie and quiet spaces to read, relax and more, this is ideal for parents who need flexible hours to pick up their children. Children are more than welcome to bring a book. Don't forget to pack an afternoon snack!

After Care costs an additional $32.60 and runs until 5:30pm.
