Free gym sessions at Lincoln Square Fitness

Access the Lincoln Square Fitness gym FREE of cost through our free gym sessions. Refer to the list of sessions below for timings:

  • Friday 5:15-8.00pm: Queer-friendly gym session
Casual visits

MU Sport offers discounted casual rates for University of Melbourne staff to use our facilities on a pay and go basis.

Staff membership

Benefits of being a member:

Membership options: Fortnightly direct debit and monthly options are available to suit different needs. Prices vary as follows:

  • $47.90 per fortnight
  • $136.50 per month

How to become a member as UoM Staff: Package your salary and become a member with us with fees as low as $20 a week* and enjoy access to a range of sporting facilities and services.

*Price indicated is the total cost of weekly membership after pre-tax deductions. Offer applies to both full-time and part-time employees, more information can be found here. Download the salary packaging form here and present it to our friendly staff at the front desk of Beaurepaire Centre or Nona Lee Sports Centre.

Casual employees can still avail discounted staff rates for using our facilities. Please visit staff at our Beaurepaire Centre or Nona Lee Centre to set up your membership.

Programs for staff

Become a mentor - Strong Women Network

Melbourne University Sport is running the Strong Women Network, a year-long mentorship program in 2024. If you've got experience in high performance sport as an athlete, leader, coach, and/or administrator, our student-athletes could benefit a lot from your expertise. Join the Strong Women Network program as a mentor!

Get your kids busy - School Holiday Program

Why should parents have all the fun? The School Holiday Program run by MU Sport is one way to keep your kids busy and engaged during the June/July school holidays with multi-sports, sport-specific days, group games and more! Children will also learn the values of teamwork, whilst improving their game sense, movement, and coordination skills in a fun, friendly and safe environment. The program commences at 8:30am and ends at 3:30pm each day, aftercare services are also available at an additional fee from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
