- To be eligible a staff member must not have used our aquatics and fitness facilities within the past 6 months.
- Offer limited to one per person and is not transferable.
- Pass is valid for 14 days upon activation.
- Pass provides free access to all MU Sport Fitness Centres, Group Fitness classes, Court Hire facilities and the Swimming Pool.
- All users must observe the terms and conditions of entry.
- Offer is available year-round however packaged offers are only available during special offer periods like summer and winter.

Access the Lincoln Square Fitness gym FREE of cost through our free gym sessions. Refer to the list of sessions below for timings:
- Monday 6.30pm - Vinyasa flow Yoga (please arrive 5 minute prior and register for this class at reception on presentation of your staff card)
- Friday 5:15-8.00pm: Queer-friendly gym session
MU Sport offers discounted casual rates for University of Melbourne staff to use our facilities on a pay and go basis.
- Gym - Single Visit: $12.60 per visit - Visit Beaurepaire Centre reception
- Group Fitness - Single Visit: $12.60 per visit - Visit Beaurepaire Centre reception
- Pool - Single Visit: $6.30 per visit - Visit Beaurepaire Centre reception

Membership options: Fortnightly direct debit and monthly options are available to suit different needs. Prices vary as follows:

Programs for staff
Melbourne University Sport is running the Strong Women Network, a year-long mentorship program in 2024. If you've got experience in high performance sport as an athlete, leader, coach, and/or administrator, our student-athletes could benefit a lot from your expertise. Why should parents have all the fun? The School Holiday Program run by MU Sport is one way to keep your kids busy and engaged during the June/July school holidays with multi-sports, sport-specific days, group games and more! Children will also learn the values of teamwork, whilst improving their game sense, movement, and coordination skills in a fun, friendly and safe environment. The program commences at 8:30am and ends at 3:30pm each day, aftercare services are also available at an additional fee from 3:30pm to 5:30pm.
