Event Description

Join our R U OK? Day-themed Run Club in collaboration with Melbourne University Psychology Association. Grab a FREE coffee and ask a friend: R U Ok? The event will be guided by our friendly staff, feel free to run at your own pace! Sign up now

Come and join the R U OK? Day celebrations on Thursday 12 September! Ask us questions about all things wellness, fitness, and sport available at MU Sport and play lawn games with friends. There will also be a range of other fun activities to support your wellbeing and promote social connectedness. Sign up

Part of the Queer community? Graduate Student Association are hosting a Queer Badminton Event so come have a hit or two with your Queer friends for an afternoon of interconnectedness and belonging! Invite only

Wellness is coming to Werribee this R U Ok week! Our yoga class will offer you an opportunity to destress, relax, and put yourself in centre focus. Just come along on the day, no registration required!

Maintain your wellbeing all semester

Wellbeing classes

We offer wellbeing classes weekly to help you relax, nourish the mind and body, and improve your strength through Yoga, Release and Recover, Body Balance.

Inclusion classes

Participating in sports and fitness can be difficult for some, so we provide inclusion classes to women and queer groups in order to create a welcoming environment for all.

Social Run Club

Come join the fun at our weekly social run club at the Parkville and Southbank Campus! Meet new people, run at your own pace and ability, and improve your health.


Join a Sporting Club

Sporting clubs are one of the best ways to meet a community of like-minded people and get involved with sports, and have a memorable experience at the University.

Free Play

Our Free Play program offers a quick and easy way to recharge weekly during lunchtime and have fun in between university classes. Come solo or bring a friend, all equipment is provided.

Campus Sport

Get active and connected throughout the semester by joining a fun, casual sporting competition on campus with your friends, classmates or colleagues in a variety of different sports.
