Following a $5.3 million redevelopment, this two-storey complex contains an inspiring, warehouse-style air-conditioned Strength and Fitness gym spanning 850m²:
- Floor space with mezzanine stretching area
- Lightweight zone
- High-Performance Strength Training Venue
- Indoor heated 25m lap pool
- Personal Training Studio
- Club Style change rooms
Staffed by qualified fitness instructors, the Strength & Fitness gym offers a variety of electronic cardio exercise and enough free pin-loaded weight equipment to accommodate the beginner through to the elite athlete.
Nona Lee Sports Centre
Building 103, Tin Alley
Named after Nona Lee to recognise her significant contribution to Sport at the University, the Nona Lee Sports Centre provides a multitude of different fitness and sport options:
- Group Cycling Studio
- MindBody Studio - multi-purpose space that is used for a variety of wellbeing style classes and club activities
- Lazer Room - multi-purpose use for a variety of group fitness classes and club activities
- 4 squash courts
- 2 Multi-purpose stadiums
- Massage and Physiotherapy Clinic
Lincoln Square Fitness
Building 249, 183 Bouverie St, Carlton
Opened in 2012 and renovated in 2019, our boutique gym and group fitness facility is conveniently located at the University's Southern Precinct across from Lincoln Square Park:
- Cardio zone including treadmills, rowers, cross-trainers and bikes
- Extensive strength zone with pin and plate loaded machines, and free weights
- Various Fitness Programs
- Friday 5.15pm-8pm: Queer Friendly Only exclusive session
- Saturday 9am - 12pm Women's Only exclusive session
