Archery

Archery is the art, sport, or skill of using a bow to propel arrows at a target, combining intense focus, precision, and consistency. Historically a method for hunting and combat, it has evolved into a popular Olympic sport and recreational activity enjoyed by all ages.

The Melbourne University Archery Club will provide students with the opportunity to practice archery and build social connections.

About

Every Saturday and/or Sunday there will be a come and try archery session welcome to all members. This will be held at Kew City Bowmen. Small unofficial archery competitions will be held for members of the Club. Furthermore, the club provide advice for those looking to attend and compete in Archery Australia competitions.

Once a semester we will hold a pub night for anyone who wishes to attend. There are also numerous social activities hosted at KCB which members will be invited to.
