Work out to great music at one of our varied and fun Group Fitness classes. All of our classes are taught by fully qualified professional instructors, and are suitable for males and females. In response to Fitness Member feedback, MU Sport launched a new online booking system for Group Fitness classes. This new system significantly speeds up entry into the class.
To make setting up your online booking access as easy as possible, you first need a login PIN which you can get by calling (8344 5405) or visiting reception.
Note: You can only book into a class up to 24 hours before the start time. Booking does NOT guarantee a place in the class, so please leave enough time to arrive.

- Introduction to Zumba. Wednesdays at 2:15pm for 5 weeks, 15 August to 12 September – Lazer room, Nona Lee Sports Centre
- Introduction to Yoga. Mondays at 2:30pm for 5 weeks, 20 August to 17 September – Mind Body Studio, Nona Lee Sports Centre
- Introduction to Strength and Cardio Training. Fridays at 2:00pm for 5 weeks, 24 August to 21 September – Beaurepaire Centre Gym
- Book at reception.
