Group Fitness

Work out to great music at one of our varied and fun Group Fitness classes. All of our classes are taught by fully qualified professional instructors, and are suitable for males and females. No matter what your body type, fitness or coordination level, MU Sport's Group Fitness program has a class that is right for you. See below to download a list of our classes and class descriptions.

LAUNCHING ONLINE BOOKINGS
In response to Fitness Member feedback, MU Sport launched a new online booking system for Group Fitness classes. This new system significantly speeds up entry into the class.

To make setting up your online booking access as easy as possible, you first need a login PIN which you can get by calling (8344 5405) or visiting reception.

Please see the current timetable below and follow the step by step details to do your first online booking. Note: you can only book into a class up to 24 hours before the start time. Booking does NOT guarantee a place in the class, so please leave enough time to arrive.

New online booking instructions (for current fitness members only)
1. Use your email and login PIN (get this PIN from reception)
2. Click the 'Book online' button below
3. Click 'manage bookings' on the top banner, which opens classes that are running for the day
4. Book the class and time you want to attend
5. Have a great workout!
