Group Fitness

Work out to great music at one of our varied and fun Group Fitness classes. All of our classes are taught by fully qualified professional instructors, and are suitable for males and females. No matter what your body type, fitness or coordination level, MU Sport's Group Fitness program has a class that is right for you. See below to download a list of our classes and class descriptions. HOT WEATHER POLICY:
If the forecast maximum temperature exceeds 35 degrees, some Group Fitness classes may be cancelled for health and safety reasons. Contact the Sports Centre reception on 8344 5405 after 9:00am to confirm what classes are running on hot days.
